I have been a fan of Tobin's photos for some time now. he sent me a few files back in 2011 for the 18 issue, and here they are. most you have seen...but  except maybe this one of julien above at Burnside and the one of Arco at the bottom.  they are timeless and Aggro but at the same time subtle.  julien said it best-- "Tobin's no tourist."
